Also have this bug. I had already completed emma's quests (as another responder had said). I also cannot get anne's panties as she doesnt leave her room and always asks me to leave. (This was suggested as a work around)

Also have a bug in Susan's quest where there is a noise outside my cabin. a guy runs past near the cabin but then pauses at the side of the screen and does nothing. I cannot interact with him either. View attachment 4739797

It’s not really a bug
sleep till late night
then click the clock on the left till is say 3am

then when you see the guy run to the right, ignore him,I believe he’s supposed to disappear
instead, head up, and you should see another marker, head there

first, pick up the ladder from the Mayors house, l'll let you explore to find it
then, head east, you should see a marker to place the ladder, climb and keep going north

because it does work, since I triggered the scene my self

In my opinion, the impregnation mini game is pretty bad...sometimes you have to turn at the beginning of an intersection and sometimes after but none are actually in the middle so it is just an annoying guess and remember
