Yes, but it was announced a week before. He was probably sure, he can manage it. And he was right. Two proofreader are just a waste of resources, that's probably the shortest part of developing. It can be done shortly, it depends how many time the proofreader has time. It isn't optimal how this was managed, but here we are.
