Remember 2-3 years ago when we could set flags for threesomes with the Big Beautiful Waitress at the diner and Nyla the cashier at the shop (and Darla the bar manager's younger sister) Frank and Lilly got her new handbag and cocktail dress from? It'd be nice if we could get some updates and follow through on those.
Not a bad update, but more of Frank's internal monologue being the only source of resistance and antagonism in this story, The at this point performative reluctance is to be expected but it can still grate when it's about the only clearly expressed part of his personality besides "will not recognize women coming onto him unless they do exactly what Becca and Abby have done and been extremely physically aggressive and in his face with it." Even that wasn't entirely working for Abby until she explicitly told Frank he was her man, she would have no other, and he will be giving her dick + babies in the future and it's only a matter of time. She even told him her sleeping fully nude, and sleeping cupping his junk is to reinforce that she will have no other and to break down his resistance. She has him dead to rights; its only a matter of time, just like how Becca dealt with him.
Lilly will likely be easier to sway about Abby once she has threesomes with Frank and Becca and depending on the flag set earlier with Mei or Nyla and also Becca can sell the idea as "You get to have a threeway with your BF and GF, the two people you love the most." Will probably do her in. The point Mei made to Frank about he and Abby would also help sway Lilly, because as Becca has said she's greedy and possessive about Abby's time and affection, and they love and want each other just like Lilly loves and wants both Abby and Frank, she'll get it. I don't remember who mentioned it earlier these last few pages (sorry) but yeah it doesn't seem like anyone on the dev side replay and take notes on what's happening in the plot (or to correct spelling and grammar errors) because every update past the hotel bar detante (you remember, the empty bar in the morning where that bartender overheard everything Frank, Becca, and Lilly talked about?) CNG's writing has just retconned that Lilly has no clue that Beth and Nessa may ask for Frank to be a sperm donor for their child, when it should just be "doesn't know that they already asked Frank" and had been explicitly told by Becca and Frank he is up for consideration, and that it is something Lilly should think about in case they ask. Frank is being written as treating the sperm donor question like a timebomb for Lilly's mood, which doesn't speak well for Frank's confidence in how sustained her affections will be in the future.
I'm one of the people (there are dozens of us!) that likes Mei and new content with her. A bit over two weeks game time until she gets turnt, but first there's Lilly's solo Friday night date and the sleepover at Abby's apartment.
