For those saying the boss is hard, it's actually rather easy, jump and shoot it in the hole it has when it's open, deals 100 dam. Do that about 6 times and it drops dead, but well, nothing happens yet from there on out.
Some people just aren't the best gamers, and they shouldn't be faulted for that. Some just really want to see the hentai of a hentai game, and play less game.
Even just this short vignette was worth the wait. 
Just imagine, as all the systems are properly put in place, things will end up coming out faster and faster (hopefully, at least.)

Another decent strategy (if you have no more magic) is to kill the ground tentacles, because they seem to be independent from the boss. Move to the far left to avoid the little enemies and dodge the tentacles while hitting them, each goes down in just a few hits.
Something became noticeable during this fight: the screen shake effect when hitting things is too exaggerated and it becomes annoying because you're hitting things constantly. I hope that it gets toned down or there's an option to turn it off.
Still very early but other than that I like what I see and given time this will be another banger.
Don't know if intentional but the tentacles won't come back if you killed it. Meaning, you can deal with the tentacles first so you don't have to juggle between tentacle attacks and bug attacks.
A thing I dislike is that there's not enough magic to kill the boss in a single full magic bar, so you're forced to stick around until the boss spawns a glowing bug for you to kill and refill your magic bar.
This creates an unnecessary waiting game. If the boss is programmed to only spawn glowing bugs once you have insufficient magic to cast an arrow, that's fine, and that doubles as a tutorial on mana recovery. But currently I don't think that's not the case.
To tie the MC's second chance with her breast expansion status is neat tho. If this a mechanic for every boss fights, that means you will have at least two chances against every boss before getting thrown back to the last checkpoint.
Overall I'm liking it. Excited for where game is heading.

you can use melee against the boss, and it spitting some "enenutos" is a bit far away to get aggro'd from them

You can find the layers to play with using in Mod\Player\Lelia\Portrait\. I think you can just replace these sprites or open them up with an image editing software and play around with the layers and make unique situations like these.
Hopefully, the gallery would be this type of customization, would make it the king of H-ACT games in terms of content as far as I am concern.

Is there a graphics setting whatsoever? Game seems to be a good bit more performance intensive than the first title. Average-ass laptops with i5 and 4 gigs of RAM are gonna struggle to run it

I noticed that, too. That this game is potentially mod friendly is certainly going to prolong its life cycle. Don't get me wrong, while I enjoyed the first game it's not something you come back to after a few playthroughs. I like to think it's a great learning experience for the dev, though, and that this sequel will reflect it. So far it's off to a good start but if there's one thing I'm hoping for it's that not every thing she comes across wants to kill/devour/breed with her. I know there's a fellow NPC nun but I'm thinking something she could have a potential 'happy ending' with, in a bow chicka bow wow way.
But then that might take away from this world's 'EVERYTHING IS EVIL' schtick.
No there isn't any setting available yet as it's still a test build. It's probably a bit more heavy than the previous game because it uses a 3d space for the levels now.
