Well the purple area on the top right very much looks like the first game map and then the bottom left like a forest area.

Derelict city or neighbouring to the tower from the first game. You will probably see the protagonist from the first game too I reckon
There wont be any censorship although if it gets a Steam release it may undergo some censorship but there will be 2 different versions. Clean/Censored. It will just have standard deaths but wont show any gore or rape. Sinister 1 is on Steam and its censored
You right, didn't notice. Maybe true ending of the 1st game, then sister became slug breeder
The map layout is giving me Order of Ecclesia vibes.
I dont think your going to get anything until the full game comes out. When that is we dont know yet but it will be this year

Congrats you found the zombie ending, enjoy the only ending to the game technically right now.
Being killed, devoured, turned into seedbed or zombified is also techically an ending. They're just all game overs.
How do i fix the screen resolution? it wont let me to change it, the only thing i can do is change to fullscreen but the screen still 720 360, please help me
