Only one H-scene happens with the story and is completely unavoidable. It's in the final boss fight and the player is supposed to break out of it. Every other requires losing or in a few cases making unwise decisions such as consuming a spiked drink in the presence of a lecherous drunkard.
I struggled against the Stomach Worm Boss because I didnt have Boom Arrow and the debuff stacked too high with how often it grabbed me with the tongue. The three-eyed corpse scepter in the Cathedral Underground killed me too many times, and it was on that level where I finally lost the Blessing of Infertility in the normal mode. And yes, having lots of MP and the final wad lowering the cost makes it easier to kill most bosses from a safe distance, and fast.Before the update, I played through the game without leveling once and using the basic wand, if that counts.
It is very doable, even for a mediocre player like myself. However, you will probably have to use potions in some areas- like the stomach level and the kitchen pig boss. Level 1 Lelia simply doesn't have the DPS for him without spamming magic attacks and you'll eventually run out of MP before it dies.
fellas, ive fully completed this game. enjoyed it quite a lot. visually really pretty and polished. are there more h games like this or is this the peak of its kind?

I doubt that this is the only game with this style, story and gameplay. However, as the say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and what might be ugly for the one is beautiful for others. There are some game that I found here, that I loved a lot, but I bet that most people would dislike them for the looks or gameplay and so one.fellas, ive fully completed this game. enjoyed it quite a lot. visually really pretty and polished. are there more h games like this or is this the peak of its kind?

Really good game. Just a shame that there is not more villager content.
Ik the monsters are the focus of games like these, but I really liked the idea of some of the villager interactions and was a bit disappointed there wasnt more as the game progressed.
btw: I did play Night of Revenge and some other games, but does someone have more games like this one?

You keep your stats, so you can play the game faster the second time.

I have seen a few other games like this. For example; thornsin and night of revenge but sinsistar 2 just seems far more refined and I am really looking for a similar experience. game almost reminded me of octopath
I will say the only thing that disappoints me about the new villager event is that its a game over. This is purely personal preference but as we see with Haanja when you don't rescue her she comes back hypnotized to not realize when she visits the old man shes getting raped. I actually prefer that kind of ending for hypnosis events where the rest of the game can continue without the sex game overing because the antagonist can simply make the protag unaware theyre getting snu snu'd anyways,

some games do this and others dont, its no biggie im happy either way just wish it was like that.

Man I love Lilia's eye expression when she reach lv 4 of parasite where her mind getting influenced by otherworld god. Too bad there is no IF route where she join the evil and destroy the village when parasite reached lv 5, only get a game over where it tell us that she became new disciple of a religion.

Update on my English retranslation patch (07/26)
I managed to translate everything before the Northeast Village dungeon, the preview patch (see attachment) now includes all dungeons and events up until the attack by demihumans event + the Stomach Cave dungeon. Gallery entries are still not translated, as my priority is on translating all the dungeons and events first.
The patch won't prevent you from going into the Northeast Village dungeon and finishing the game, but you'll begin to see strings starting with 3-digit numbers, which are the original English translations.
I've tried my best to debug by playing the game over and over. However, if you find any lines (prior to the Northeast Village) starting with 3-digit numbers, having weird line breaks, and/or being cut off too early, do let me know.

From what I can tell, is that most devs don't care too much about quality. Sure, the games are in UE4 or 5, but the looks are so bad. And storyvise is mostly nothing there. It is more or less masturbation aid. This game and its precessor were great in many ways and, will it would take longer to develope a game like this, I rather would like to see more of this than every month a new game, that looks like trash. SINisters 2 was so much fleshed out than part 1. The dev really improved a lot.
Where should I use the item? And even if she gets pregnant by a ruffian or a drunkard she will still get pregnant with an otherworldly being?
