Personally? I prefer this. Yes, the sequel's aesthetic is superior, but I find the original has more soul, a better soundtrack, better atmosphere, ironically a more gripping narration and... a far more rewarding ending. At least for the time being.

Speaking of narration, it's amazing what a game can achieve with zero dialogue. Letting the game's atmosphere speak for itself encourages the player's imagination to a point it builds further immersion with the setting, which is always good.

Both would be better without gore, but that's my opinion.

There's no 4.0 For Sinisistar 1, v3 was the Final Version.

Okay, here you go guys, my own copy of the game that I bought from DLsite long ago.
This is the latest version of SiNiSistar v3.0.1.
I splitted Windows and Mac versions separately for those who want to only download specific version.

Update Log for v3.0.1:

- Fixed a bug in the standard Mac decompression software.
- Made minor changes to enemy behavior.
