No they are separate. You need to play Chapter 1 first if you want the story.

Probably the result of some sort of automatic Find & Replace for "max" that replaced "climax" with "cli[mcname]" or similar.

Yeah thanks Bopper. I did figure it out before. But the main reason I wanted to do that is because I couldn't believe the main girl (teacher who lives with kid) didn't have any real sex in the game. And after seeing most of the pictures, she still doesn't. I'm sure not all games are like this..but that's a hell of a p-tease without any real "payoff".

Chapter 2, v 0.1.2 is the latest update. But you need to do Chapter 1 first if you haven't already, it is not included in the Chapter 2 download.

good evening, I would like to understand something, either I played the first chapter then the second chapter, but it always ends there, or I downloaded this update, but it always shows me the same things? I started it again but there are three updates that repeat the same scenes, why?
upon playing it found it is same update as before so it is pointless to play or download it

It was but the dev had to change the name because of Patreon's regular bullshit and he also had to change the look of the MC in the second chapter so be aware. You can read his post Right Here
