I would say just be careful when choosing to avoid LI. From a quote I've seen attributed to the Dev, though I can't find it myself you're damned if you do, and damned if you don't.
For e.g the one I saw accredited to the dev, was that if you reject Jocelyn, then she'll start exploring her sexuality with guys from school, her professor and half the women.

Kaffekop I hope you can confirm or deny if that quote is accurate because it seems like it's conflicting a little with what you said in the quoted on.
