Muscle pains can only be treated in manual mode. If you are allready using manual mode then that means just haven't searched thoroughly enough.

Try ALT+Enter to change Full screen to Windowed. I don't have that bug. Try reinstal or update video drivers. Maybe you dont have Microsoft visual studio drivers. Some systesm needs older DiretX drivers too.
