Like oversalting everything you eat makes you eventually unable to taste any flavors without adding a shit-ton of salt, it sounds like you may have just gotten accustomed to playing generic porn AVNs with non-stop (but making no sense) lewd scenes and now have a harder time enjoying any game with a story unless it contains random lewd scenes every few clicks.
