are the treasure chests in the base part of a quest or just a bonus for people that figure out the combination to the locks

This is a good question, the second you walk outside you get your arse handed to you, there is no way of winning any of the fights, what has changed with this version, has our hero got muscles?

I will say, this is the hottest male protag I've ever seen in a game. I think that's the only positive thing I can say about it, though.

save scumming is your friend.
1. save scum your 'old gear' from the box at the start of the game till you are fine with what you get.
2. in a day, you can have 3 fights (4? if back to back) and if you collect many supplies you will get maybe only a single fight till end of the day so save scum the last battle or all of your battles for desirable loot.
3. use the searcher to up your chances of loot dropping. More reason to save scum since you already paid and you sure as hell dont want tolerate RNGarbage
4. you can also save scum the capturable in lv1 enemy spot.
5. i generally prefer armor / exo with HP mod and weapons with the 2x attack. Note this also applies to the protag double shot skill (he can fire 4 times a turn)

lv2 > blue
lv3 > purple standard > excellent > high quality > legend
lv4 > orange (god)

This is the most fucking annoying game I have played in months. And I'm not only talking about the Engrish.
When i go to the main map, I cannot move, anyone kowns what happend? The problem is this game, or RPGM?
I have the same problem too. I chat with the dev through discord and he said he will fix it in the next version. By next version I mean is vers. 0.5 because when I chat with him, 0.4 already out for patreon subs(this was yesterday). If you check his patreon right now, vers. 0.5 is out already but only for patreon subs and 0.4 has become public(not advising anyone with the same problem as us to download it). Vers. 0.5 will be public two weeks after UNLESS someone report a new bug to him and hopefully he update it to 0.6 and 0.5 becomes public.
But I must say the dev is really quick in fixing the bugs. He is doing a great job, now it is just us becomes his "beta tester" and give him suggestions. I really want to play this game. The animation at the beginning is already "interesting" enough for me to get me hooked.
I think you should submit ticket or asks how to get the developer title or something
