So there was some method behind my madness then? I just read through this thread and a little searching took me to a reddit thread about 'undertail' so kinda tried my best to put all the pieces together. Basically lead me to an app to extract the .win and a very rudimentary understanding of the structure.

How do I unlock the last building? I think it's a shopping mall or something because I've read about outfits but never saw that option. Chris is on lvl 3 right now, he wants to hold hands at the park, I often meet Nade there too when walking. No one at the STP has anything to say. I give you my save file, please tell me what I'm supposed to do.
I can't remember exactly, but I believe it's Nady that tells you about the shop (Vanity & Variety) after you meet her in the park at a specific time. Perhaps you'll need her to move in with you first? I'm 99 percent certain I've read about the unlocking of the shop in this thread before.
I'm guessing no-one knows the answer to this, then. Did anyone unlock any of those pictures? If so, can you tell what they are, so perhaps I can try to find it out by myself?
I believe 50-53 has to do with The Devil, though I'm not sure - I've read somewhere that you'll unlock a scene with The Devil if Chris fails to pay James, and at the same time have a loan at the bank, but nothing happened.
How to use it? i already follow the instruction from the file in it and still get error. this is my first time using it. do i need to use the JREPL.BAT or any save data?

Thanks, I’m sure that will help alot of players as there seems to be no complete guide out there. Personally, I just want to complete the entire game (which leads to unlocking the gallery). Thanks anyway!
For wooby6's CG installer (Found here);
I also wasn't able to get the Full-CG "Install.bat" to work but the steps for the manual install (detailed in the note.TXT) work perfectly. Basically after running the game at least once you'll generate the initial event.dat then these step to unlock gallery.
Locate the “event.dat” in “%LOCALAPPDATA%\Sissy_Maker_Full”
Rename it something like "(old)event.dat" then open it with Notepad
Select everything before the "ey" and copy (the ey were about 6 characters before the end for me with a fresh event.dat)
Now open the CG.dat, included in wooby6's archive (in the data folder), with Notepad as well
Paste what was copied from your event.dat and "Save As" event.dat then move it to the appdata folder (or save it directly to there)
Having a local method to do this unlock is certainly the best option as I do have an ever increasing paranoia than anything online can disappear at any moment; so cutting the need for OnlineSaveEditor is a plus for me.

I manage to unlock all gallery, just want to ask. does it only show 1 picture? no dialogue or other cg
Gallery only unlocks the pictures, not the scene or dialogue.
Would you mind telling me who’s in pictures 50-53, 296-297 and 329-330?
