Since this game has so many cohices, it would be nice to know which of them have plot relevance, so we can save before them and try all branches and outcomes.

Up to now, there haven't been many branches. The sisters' stuff is usually scene A vs. B, and the schoolmate reactions have right and wrong choices. The spy cam placement might be a branch, but it's a little early to say if it'll be folded in, just like your preference of mom vs sis. We'll know after a few more versions.
