Same problem here, just looked around a bit and no matter where I went everyone only has this shitty MTL version to offer.

It's understandable. Besides the usual problem of the MTL not really knowing which pronouns to use when translating Japanese and translating onomatopoeia in weird ways, it's the quality you'd expect from modern (possibly AI-assisted) MTL. it doesn't devolve into the usual MTL abstract poetry all that often.
Not a good translation by any stretch of the word, but readable.

I don't know why the hell the description's translation is so much worse than the game's translation lol. Probably the store page was done punching the DL site text into some online MTL or whatever the fuck instead of whatever they're using for the game proper

EDIT: I have some screenshots from back when I played. I chose some good, some mixed but understandable (which is how most of the game reads) and some funny nonsense.
