The story is totally different but I would suggest Once in a lifetime by Caribids if you didn't already played it, it's a great game too.
Perverteer, I absolutely LOVE this game. I have completed it several times with various outcomes and have to tell you Bella is the most exquisite creation of any game I have played, followed closely by Rachel. Looking forward to any future projects you have that come anywhere close to this one!

I downloaded the updated version and ran through it quickly (several hours) Friday night into Saturday morning. Along the way I missed the oldest sister's route and was surprised at the outcome... I'll have to play through a few more times and see what happens if I drop Rachael, mom, or Bella from the list, while keeping everyone else. Great little side stories!
Really kind of depends what aspects you liked the most. A New Home is a good game with the family harem aspect, but not the pregnancy. If it's the mass-pregnancy aspect you like, I recommend Haramase Simulator, although that is a different type of game (sandbox, not visual novel). If you're looking for both in one game, I haven't found anything.
Other family harem games: Man of the House started out well but became too grindy, in my opinion. Sister Sister Sister also started well but had a strangely rushed ending.

So at this point the harem has moved to Belugio but Bella is still not pregnant like the rest of the girls. Did I mess something up or is she just not scripted to be impregnated yet? I can not think of a single chance to creampie her that i've skipped.

Only in the slave route she's not pregnant at that point, if you're in the love route she's pregnant before moving so maybe you picked a different wrong choice.

I was politely answering, I'm with you on that Bella need only Love, Care and Protection lots of them.
But banging you baby sister and mom fills you with the warm fuzzies, eh? Bella Sub route is probably the ONLY thing in the whole game that makes a lick of sense.
Every single girl, with no effort and no explanation is just happy-go-lucky casual as can be and deliriously happy to share a guy with a dozen other girls while never touching any other guy themselves? At least Bella being in a Dom/Sub relationship...and very much loving it...makes her the only one in the game this reaction is somewhat justified for.
