You got "How to get errors in Ren'Py games for sure" for $ 500.

Advice: never overwrite a game with a never or older version of the game unless it is explicit stated that you shall do that. Also never use a mod that is not explicit made for the game version you have.

Yes, I'm sure about version I've downloaded.. I've attached contents of my game folder. It could be re-uploaded later with other files included, I don't know. I have what I have.

As I've adapted extras from previous version, I probably won't re-download anyway.

Hello everyone.

I've finally managed to get a working version of Lain/Ashram Walkthrough mod for the latest v1.2.1 release of SL. Find it attached to this message. Just unpack the .zip file inside the Sisterly Lust main game folder as usual (so the .\game folder of the game receive all files inside the .\game folder of the zip).

A few notes here:
- The mod is based on previous work by Lain and Lord Ashram. All credit goes to them, as I basically just made the "technical" adjustements to get it working over v1.2.1 (which, btw, has not been trivial given some huge under the hood changes in the game for the new Scene Replay Gallery, the new sound and music subsystem, and Lovense sex toy compatibility, plus a crapload of small flow and text fixes).
- I removed the customized Replay feature of the original Lain/Ashram Mod. Now that SL v1.2.1 has its own Scene Gallery built in, it no longer makes much sense, and the reworks to sex scenes due to the new features makes porting the older Lain Gallery to the newer version impractical.
- I removed the "taboo" incest patch from the mod, which was included before by default. It can be downloaded separately, and it's already included in the F95zone release of the game. So I chose not to bundle it, in case someone prefers the more "vanilla" version.
- There are three points in days 12, 17 and 19 that required extensive reworking. Lain/Ashram mod added the option to watch otherwise mutually exclusive scenes by adding its own path to the game flow. Given all changes of the newer version, I had to mostly redo all the related code. I believe it's working (sound, Lovense, and all), but just give me a shout if something is missing.
- This mod does NOT include the optional Schoolgirls patch, and probably never will, as that's not my sort of thing. Trying to install the v1.1.6 Optional mod over this Walktrough (or over the vanilla v1.2.1 game for that matter) WILL break the game. Be warned. If someone still wants to play with it, make sure you use the older v1.1.6.
(edited: another fellow user updated the previous Schoolgirls mod to be compatible with my mod and v1.2.1, look for the link in the original post if you're interested)

P.S: User NadaMucho reported that having the "High Contrast Text" setting turned on in the game Accessibility Options screen messes up with the coloring that this mod does to highlight the preferred dialog choices. Have this in mind when setting up your game. The A key or Shift+A brings up the accessibility screen and the contrast setting is bottom left. Thanks to the user for the feedback!

P.S.2: Updated the mod with a couple of fixes provided by user Trminator. Those were small oversights of the original game code, and Perverteer mentioned he would fix them for the next official SL release, but I'm fixing them too in the mod so to keep compatibility with the older v1.2.1 version posted here in F95. New mod zip should be called "[Perverteer]SisterlyLust-1.2.1-WTMod-LokkenJP-v2.rar".

Isn't the schoolgirl patch just some renders? I think they even have the same name as the OG pictures. With the correct filepath they could be added. Or if you UNREN, just overwrite the old renders with the new ones.

For what I've seen, the Schoolgirls patch also included quite some changes in the script files which changed the texts of the game for... ahem... "rejuvenate" some characters during the flashbacks or during the narrative. So it's not just the pictures, which are, indeed, directly replaceable over the ones already packed in the resource file of the game.

As I said on my post, that's not something Im interested in, so if someone else wants to do it, feel free. It seems pretty straightforward really.

Nah I don't think anybody will do it... heck even Lord Ashram had it as a separate download and splitting the WT seems like a bad idea.

Schoolgirl patch restores the images for the original schoolgirl uniforms and changes some dialogue to reflect that.

There are two versions:
One for the vanilla game and one for compatibility with LokkenJP's WT mod

This should hopefully work.

Installation:
Install LokkenJP's WT mod and then overwrite with this patch.
