I don't at all, but I suspect his issue is with his game version, not the Mac itself.My (2018) Mac mini came with /usr/bin/unzip (and Mojave) which has always worked like a champ for me - as long as you don't mind getting a little cmdline on you.
I mean if I can open it with a dinosaur like mine, the game is definitely ok...

Pffff. First days (or hours) of playing this VN. First attempt, day 33 couldn't understand why I'm stuck with Rachel. Second attempt, day 36, I realize that I'm somehow stuck with Liza... Only one incorrect answer or action and... It's over !
I think I'll start to use the walkthrough (By the way, I tried briefly the "job" path with Susan, didn't read the walkthrough about it so far but I guess it's love or job ?!?)

It's an older AVN game, so it falls into some of the earlier choice/branching pitfalls that are characteristic of older Japanese VNs where single choices can have big impacts. If you just want to do a single playthrough and get a specific ending, I'd use the walkthrough.Pffff. First days (or hours) of playing this VN. As for Susan's paths, you can follow both the job and love paths and eventually merge them together if you make the right choices.
can someone help me? I tried using the taboo patch for here and TFTUV and neither seem to work since he updated both games on steam.

You don't need it, there's no "tenant" or "landlord" in the official file from here
Ok for those who want to the incest patch on the steam version install the patch as directed in the op. go to the same folder remove censor.rpa You'll know it working if it Taboo Edition on the toward the left lower corner. The preference for incest will not show. Will a mod please once verified by other update the OP so people know.
I checked the game files after it was updated... The only changes I could find to the game was removal of "uncensor.rpa" and adding "censor.rpa".
In this they changed a value from True to False.
You can patch by creating a text file and saving the following as "uncensor.rpy" to the install "game" directory...just click "Browse local files" in the game settings.
