Nah, uncensored edition already has it included, but your still better of playing v1.1.6 extra since it has mod support and all the extra content. Why would it. The game was completed ages ago and the latest update is still mainly bugfixes. It's also inferior to the 1.1.6 version linked in the OP. Worth noting that the Steam version seems to include the extra scenes and also the latest updates and bug fixes, for people that want both.
