Its probably a cracked executable which is a usual for being flagged. The executable isnt from parent company so av thinks its a virus.
Thats not to say this one isnt. I cant answer that because i didnt download this one.

The files are straight from the publisher.
The problem being that the executable is not certified, therefore a lot of lesser quality antivirus programs will give it a false positive. A good antivirus program will list it as exactly that, and allow you to execute if you so wish.
