This game package comes with a slightly different launcher design than some prior Umemaro games, it seems. It decompresses its archives and executable helpers and therefore causes more filesystem I/O than usual, plus it has hardcoded desktop-based locations as defaults, though it runs fine otherwise and doesn't seem to create anything on the desktop when running from its own directory. The second MetaDefender link provides information supporting this observation, which could be a big part of the red flags thrown - because the system drive is where your Windows desktop typically resides:

Why is it doing all this? In large part because it uses a recent version of the Clickteam Fusion game engine and that still throws antivirus engines into a panic these days for games at this site which use the same platform (I feel it's a signature/certification issue)
For those seeing viruses, it looks like a false positive based on the hard-coded defaults in the .exe vs observation of what it does in operation. But, as always, make an exception in your anti-virus and run using your best judgment.
