Those choices can have different results.
Using "REST" as I wrote in the tutorial, you can have weak rest and big rest (not sure how I worded it exactly in the game).
"Big rest" occurs when she does nothing, you don't lose any escape progress and you recover a huge amount of stamina which is what's guaranteed after three "Pleasure".
Same for "Get out". She can do nothing and you will gain more progress towards escape. Basically what occurs in the game is you trying to get out meanwhile she is pulling you in. This gets counteracted by your skill and attribute levels.
As for orgasm, you get pushed out 20-30% which is not a small distance. This means that if you make her orgasm at 80% escape progress, you are guaranteed an escape and if you do so at 70% there is a chance that you will escape.
UI thing is a bug that's been reported recently. It's been fixed but it's not present in 02.25 version and I forgot to retroactively add it. Here is the fix for that:

I understand better how we're supposed to play, but it still hinges on random chance for the gigantess to do nothing. The problem I have is that there is nothing I can do to influence it.
You get pushed out by 20-30% when she cums is nice, but I get pulled as much by arousing her so I can't even get higher than 50% escape before she cums.
For all the above, I'm talking for escaping Luna in the tutorial without any lvl up, since IMO you shouldn't have to grind during a tutorial.
An idea I can propose is to have different chances for her to pull you in or not. For example, she has a higher chance of pulling you in if you're close to escaping or she can't pull you as much if she's aroused. It'd fit the theme and give a way to influence random chance (I know it can be hard to add randomness variation to rpgm games, I'm not taking it into account here =/).
Another way to implement it (which I know is doable in rpgm combat, I don't know for dialogues) is to give her a resource that determines her actions. Rename her hp bar to "Interest" and the higher it is, the more likely she is to do nothing. She gains interest when you "Pleasure" her and loses it when you "Rest".
Something else could be to add small tells. Each gigantess would have a tell that say there's a higher chance of her pulling you in or escaping. Not entirely reliable and not always present, they'd still give an opportunity to take risks.
You could also add more actions. You're already doing "Tired" and "Big Rest" (which I'd suggest showing on screen, I haven't seen either), but you could add conditional actions too : "Slide Out" after hitting her G-spot which gives you a bigger escape, "Desperate Escape" when you're stuck in her cervix which lets you escape more but costs more Stamina, etc...
And last thing, since I don't know how the game works after the tutorial, you could simply make that fight easier. If you can grind without dying again and again, you can make her pull you less.
All in all, I'm interested in the game's idea & kinks (even if I'd have prefered a female protagonist

), but the first minutes were 5-6 death without knowing what I did wrong outside of bad luck and that's discouraging.

Spent 30min in the game, achieved level 6 unbirthing and 5 strength/stamina by dying again and again. There was a slight difference, but "Get Out" still had a 50/50 chance of giving or losing 5 escape, so not worth it. "Pleasure" loses more escape than it earns when she cums but was the best option if I used the 3 pleasure - 1/2 rest combo.
Couldn't beat the tutorial, so I looked around if I missed anything. I picked up grass but that's all.
Tried playing as Sapphire, I didn't try it before since it looked like a different part of the game and it was so didn't do much there either.
Has anyone managed to win that fight? If so, how?
