Eat the larger foods to keep exhaustion down, wait for time to pass. Spend a day doing all the delivery stuff and collecting all the random spawns, time will pass more smoothly in the high framerate areas.

The second time I stayed up to night, for the Inn quest, was the day I learned all the cooking recipes from the old maid. Was dusk by the time I finished wandering back and forth, plus all the cooked food was useful to keep going.
what time could you start the inn quest?

anyone know how to skip a failed to load img

Make a copy of any other file, then name and place it correctly. It might look funny if you pick a really weird image to replace it with, so try and use one of the other 0_000 images.

well, Lym feels slightly better in 0.13a, the framerate is still like 15-20fps there tho, but at least the movement and inflation doesn't feel so slow like before

Friendly reminder that the Discord importer on Kemono basically never went down and that Skie posts all the game downloads there, .13a has been on there for a while, close to a month, IIRC.

I'll wait another update or two before I replay the game though, can't be bothered.

(Yeah, I don't know who decided it was a good idea to directly link the game's actual folder rather than reuploading somewhere else, that's just silly, especially since we know the dev hangs out around a few places like this every now and then, and I'm sure there's ways to see that a given link is suddenly getting hundreds of clicks from another site.)

That said though, I'm not too interested in keeping close tabs on this game (outside of following this thread), the game's just not good, it's a janky mess of grinding and bugs explicitly made to waste your time to pad out and slow down a plot nobody cares about.
I downloaded the new version and even then I think I opened it for a few minutes and lost interest.

My main use for pirating is to "try before I buy" and it's not that the game's just too early-access to be good, it's that the game's just full of bad decisions. I want the dev to sit down and play their game. No joke, just play it. Devs (especially in indie circles) don't play their own games enough. As such, the game isn't really worth my money (related: I need to get around to unsubbing from a couple Patreon subs.)
The last decade or two has been full of "I don't want to say anything because I'll sound mean", so it's not like the dev's gonna get feedback from players. I want the dev to sit down, play the game, and go "huh, I've walked this path 40 times now and I've got 60 more times to go" or "okay, I just sit here and wait for night-time... and wait...? Is the day/night cycle working? It's been 20 minutes now???" but I'm not seeing it much. Every changelog has a LITTLE in there that shows some promise, but then you play the game and learn the fix for a complaint is some endgame thing where you don't really need it anymore, or that there's been some bandaid fix (like making okayish attempts to optimize the town alone instead of doing that while also making the day-night cycle faster, as the day progresses shockingly slowly regardless of FPS.)
