Yes, you can use both at the same time. If you start a scene with Ostim hotkeys, it will use Ostim framework, if you start a scene with a mod that uses Sexlab, it will use Sexlab framework.

Komotor is big on making his animations like little movies, with tons of props and other crap... They are extremely bloated and kind of silly.
Every once in a while individual animations are good, but now they're just over inflated and not worth it. 2GB for animations + associated assets is dumb, lol
