Forgive my ignorance but what is the correct data directory to apply? In looking at the file, downloading for 1.94 SE, it appears to list folders containing "email," "android," etc.? I am not a modder so this may be normal. Just seems unusual so I wanted to confirm this download is still valid. Thank you!

Either you are not opening the same files, or something is not downloading the correct files. I just downloaded them again to make sure everything is correct and this is what you should see:

I mention that I've never used wabbajack or any of these automated installations, so I don't know what directory structure wabbajack will use to access the compressed files.

Actually tested in game this time, both follower and racemenu custom race work.
backup head.nif and head.tri just in case though.

Thats very suspicious that is a exe file with that low capacity, just for safety i advise you not running that executable in case is a virus

If that is the material you download from the links I have given you, don't even think of executing anything. From which country are you trying to download it? I'm telling you that is not the content of what I have uploaded to the server. Either you are opening the wrong files, or “something” is intercepting your connection.

Here, I just uploaded it to Gofile, see if you have better luck there.
