I think we can expect something in 1-2 weeks because he posted an ''Almost there'' message on his Patreon but since I can't pledge to him ( requires credit card... ) I'm not sure what he means by ''Almost there'' but it can be the first release of the third part.

The OP isn't updated. Search for version 0.2.5. That's the latest version. Version 0.4 is part 2, something like a chapter 2. While 0.2.5 is the whole game, version 0.4 included. And there's also part 3 in this page.
