You can rebind mouse / keyboard input to keyboard keys with Autohotkey and even sequence / automate it. In the script some posts above is a sequence that will Wheel Up and Down very often, it can be started and ended by pressing "S".

You don't need to have AutoHotKey to play the game, it will just help with the grindier parts (like repetitive scrolling). Also, I feel like if you're fine playing a japanese porn game on your college laptop, you should be fine installing a common scripting program. I literally used AHK at my last job, wouldn't have played slave matrix on my work laptop though XD
I think you're misunderstanding ALL of what I'm saying. I've played it. I've completed the debt. The problem is the middle-click function doesn't work on this laptop (it brings up the Windows menu), and the problem isn't that I don't want to install something, it's that I'm not allowed to install things without the admin password. They won't let me. And if I figure out some way to remove the block, I wouldn't put it past them to expel and or try to sue me, because they are insanely petty.

also, I know that windows 7 had a "mouse keys" ability within accessibility settings that would let you use hotkeys on the keyboard to control mouse inputs without a mouse.
the real solution is to buy a USB mouse, they're not expensive.
If your computer is lagging on a game this processor light, you just need to get a new computer.
bro my pc is a beast my processor is an amd ryzen 3600 ..i still dont get why the game is laging

Okay seriously, is incest actually programmed to have a negative effect on the genetics system in this game, because I'm trying to see how many generations I have to go through to breed the monster traits out of each species, and I've gotten more abominations this way than any other method.
I'm not a fan of pregnancy tag but I loved this game and loved making slaves pregnant
