Sorry for my bad grammar, I don't speak English. I believe it's AI, just look at the feet, they're poorly made (gymp really likes feet). This image was on svs.
Yes, it's AI. Damn, it's getting surprisingly close to Sleepy's style. I suppose it's because it's using full images as a base and ten just editing them/generating on top.
I'll circle some of the more clear tells. Mainly bad anatomy, lack of depth and just weird shapes.

About horse dick from January pool winner. I think that gagging should be done in standard way, not through the ass. That is my opinion.

The generation is very good (despite the flaws), I wonder if any subscribers are using AI to recreate the official arts to share without getting banned. Pretty crazy hypothesis but plausible nowadays.

Man, i really understand the problems with AI and all but
Makes me happy to see those, because we probably would never have gotten these from SG himself.
He's also so slow in delivering stuff that we may take years before he reach that point on a comic.

One can't be 100% sure.
It's a Crystal Heights, so almost everything is possible
But back to the topic. What I meant was to point out the allegorical rabbit hole. Once you are in, there is no way back. Something like Morpheus monologue (Matrix movie).
So almost innocent Josie wanted to have some fun, and.... she will go to shave herself, and no one knows what might happen...
