The public route for India has been available since... forever.
In one of the early steps of the story (when India's progress is at only 3 out of 34), you are asked if you want to "Train her as a Private slut." or "Train her as a Public slut.". Later, you also have the option to push her on the bimbo route (when India's progress reaches 12).
India's public route has less scenes than her private route, but it does exist.

The new scenes focus on the recruitment of new pornstars for Karlee's studio. The new content includes some discussions with Karlee, but no new hot scenes with her. So there is some new content for Karlee, but probably not the kind that you expected.

Ah, you are referring to the information displayed in the sidebar? Try visiting Karlee in her studio: there should be a new button to shoot some scenes with the new candidates. Also, if you open the Guide page and open the information for Karlee, you should see a new counter "Pornstar recruitment Progress: NN of 14".
Note that you must be on Karlee's private route. If you selected her public route, then you should start a new game and make her your "Private Slut" to see all the new scenes.
Ok...I knew that there were oral scenes with India's public route since I last played, but what I wanted to know was were there any full on sex scenes present in the game for it?
Because the dev said that they would first complete all the private scenes for character before moving on to public route.
How come when the guide tells me to see someone at a certain time and when I do it says "they're busy come back later" or they're not there.How I'm I suppose to progress when it keeps telling me that?
