There's nothing to do with her for now; the mechanics haven't been included yet (maybe in the next update, I think), but knowing that it's a mechanic from the old version of the game, this will probably be for having sex with her in specific locations and perhaps for some events.
You'll only encounter bugs if you try to make her constantly follow you.
If you want a guide for the events, there's a complete guide on the Dev's Discord server. If you just want to see the animations, I'd say it's best to wait for the next update. The Dev is remaking the events with animated scenes, but for now, only a few are animated (I think only one).

Not yet but there is a good shot of that being the fate of this game. If you check out all the other games the dev has worked on that has been posted to this site, all of them have ended up abandoned.
Go into the data file, click the bakinplayer and allow it through the firewall. It should hopefully launch for you as well
