Nope, that´s not quite accurate. In the old Cartoon, there were 3 Female Smurfs. Smurfette, Sassette (a female Kid Smurf) and Nanny Smurf / Granny Smurf (the wife of Grandpa Smurf).

Also they made a animated Movie a couple Years ago in which the Smurfs found a forgotten Village full of Female Smurfs. Also in the live action Movie the enemy made a female Smurf again like he did with Smurfette and Sassette in the original Series.

The Game Developer here has aged up Sassette (you can see her on this Threads Banner on the left, she´s the one with orange Hair).

From the Naming aspect you are correct, only the most known one is called Smurfette, the other female Smurfs have different Names.
