Yes it is. Unlikely this game will get an update seeing as it came out in 2015

For everyone with the RGSS202E.dll error:

Go to rpgmakerweb and download/install the run time packages (i don't know wich one exactly so I just installed all of them )

that should fix the error.

You must be registered to see the links

click on run time packages and should come up with 5 options and some information if you want to know rough how they work I'm guessing that it Ace off the top of my head but there is a file a bit below the Game.exe called Game.RGSS the last 2 characters you can use to tell what version you need

RGSSAD=XP
RGSS2A=VX
RGSS3A=Ace

Once you figured out which one is right just hit download and run might be worth getting all 3 as there the common ones for most RPGmaker games and don't take much space
