No. Uncanny Valley is when a character is human-like but so much off that it is creepy.
These characters might be human (they look very human) so it's not uncanny.

"Uncanny Valley".... what goof came up with this term?! It's like calling the phenomenon the "Similarity Pothole". It looks almost human, but not quite. A nonsense term isn't needed for that.
