Hey just wanted to give you a heads up about what happened to “Novel” with there A.I. game being banned from “Steam” for the A.I. sex scenes looking to realistic

Steam Has Rejected Boundaries of Morality.

After waiting for three weeks, I finally received a response from Steam — and unfortunately, it's not the one we were hoping for.
Steam has decided not to allow the release of Boundaries of Morality on their platform. According to their message, the game includes “explicit sexual content containing depictions of real people,” which, they say, they are not in the business of distributing.
Now, let me say — I appreciate the compliment. The animations are quite realistic.
But to be honest, I’m not sure since when transforming 3D art with the help of AI qualifies as "depictions of real people." And I haven’t seen this point clearly stated in Steam's public rules.
The last official update I saw said that AI-generated content is allowed, unless it’s used for live content generation. In our case, every animation was created in a scene editor using 3D assets — I have all the original source files, and no one from Steam ever asked to review them.
So what am I going to do about it?
Nothing.
Steam doesn’t provide any kind of appeal process. Once they say no — that’s it. I’ve heard there might be some workarounds, but honestly, I have no desire to fight it.
We’ll keep moving forward on other platforms — like Patreon, where Boundaries of Moralityhas already had a very strong launch and received amazing feedback.
And no — I don’t regret using this level of visual quality. I think it looks awesome, and you can see it for yourself in the trailer.
I just want to say I’m sorry to those who were waiting for a Steam release. It’s not happening, and it’s completely out of our hands.
Maybe, in the future, Steam will publish clearer rules about what’s allowed and what’s not. Right now, it feels like every review is a gamble.
this is really interesting, does this game uses faces of celebreties like emma watson? thank you for sharing, i will look into it

Just checked this out, interesting concept, the runway ml videos are a bit too weird for me,as for the AI, i think they focused on the wrong things like genitals (which are pretty amazing) but the characters are clearly not ai retouched or at least the AI layer has been deleted or a different quality, we have different aesthetics and I hope we don't have to have deal with the same think, again different styles and quality (as far as I am concerned)

We’ve just dropped the first in a series of monthly short stories — fully integrated in Ren’Py and focused on highly polished, cinematic moments from Sofia’s world.

story1_0030.jpg

In this one?
Sofia gets a new Veil App assignment: walk the streets in a tight leopard-print skirt and black tube top, act tipsy, and respond to the watchers’ fantasy cues. The result? A layered mix of tension, control, and exhibitionism — all told through her eyes.

128 renders
23 animations

This isn’t just a side scene — it’s a standalone AVN-quality short story designed to hit monthly, with gameplay-focused polish and storytelling.

Now live for patrons
  • $20 tier: Instant access
  • $10 tier: Unlocks in 3 weeks
