They are a single split archive. You must download all three then extract one of them(they must be in the same folder).

Specifically (or at least what I did) you need to:
Extract one (I extracted Part 1) and then extract the zip file that comes out of that and I got a working game. All 3 need to be in the same directory as others mentioned.
