is it possible to overwrite older game versions, with newer to not lose my progress? or do I have to start a new game every update?

Overwriting older versions just leads to errors but there's a better way.

Go into the 'www' folder in the game's folder then copy the 'save' folder over to the other 'www' folder in the new version's folder. That will transfer your saves.

wouldnt that create errors too, since the save files are for a different version?

Nope, it works fine unless there've been major changes to variables and stuff but there shouldn't be

I dont know if anyone has found this bug yet, but if you have Junn (the dog) and you have a quest/scene that automatically activates in your house at night, you cannot complete that scene. I think I had the last Tessa cutscene (EDIT: its the cutscene you get after completing the emily corruption Red quests, I fixed it by waiting at home and timing the cutscene to start when the dog is not blocking me), but because the dog automatically moves to the player and never turns, it body blocks the cutscene and softlocks the game.

mh... good to know i think i can do a few things to prevent this from happening.

Yes, you'are right, the version 2.1 will be necessary to start from begin i'm changing the game resolution from 816*624 to 1152*648 this means messing up with a lot of scripts.

guys few samples of the new hd pictures 1152*648, i did 416 of 2450 i have to do it one by one.
