I will add that symbol too and of course it will be toggled on / off, because I can see how it can get annoying to some people

The actual sound can be simulated by slapping one's own thigh.

Probably the easy way is to find what you need for that online, preferably a few different sounds and mix them up a bit.

Preaching to the choir, but make sure for any sound effects you download from the internet that you either (1) pay for their use or (2) verify that the are public domain or royalty free for a commercially released game.
I'd recommend for a commercial game either buying the effect or making your own.

When you are crawling in the cave, look for torches; you can light them by pressing the E key when prompted.

Voice "actresses" need reality check, they charge way too fucking much for some moans and talking dirty, stuff any woman/man can do (provided they don't sound like ass and are native english speakers or have good accent), hopefully soon AI will take their jobs!
