I guess everyone else here has very different preferences then my own, so here are some of my favorites for people who like more natural looking women with smaller boobs.

Beware, if you have a potato PC, don't expect good performance, it works, but it's pretty taxing on your system.
Edit to add: search for post from user manniakk, in the main game thread, to find requirements, how to install and other locations you can use, I know of 'the flat' and ' the new office' but there may be more.

Not right now, unless there was some way to create clothing that acted like scarring, stretch marks or whatever else, but as far as I know, unfortunately not.
