No, we are all waiting for a more stable version. There are no mods in development I'm aware of for the 20.1. However, on my side, I will certainly release homework 3.1 for 10.4.

It seems you're both a modder and a fan of the game. If I may ask, you being someone who knows at least part of the game's code, do you think TValle has bigger plans for this game? From what you've seen, is he really putting the effort to make it better in the long term? I think the last version is not that far from becoming a very good start for a fabulous game, but you've seen its bowels. If modders had to fight too much C# spaghetti it can be a bad sign that it'll hardly go anywhere (I hope that's not the case).
In my humble opinion, figuring out the right progression for a game like this is kinda tricky. The hunt for models based on fixed physical parameters and random personalities is interesting, but certainly not enough. Considering the mechanics that are already implemented, I would suggest:
1) Character creation options should be reduced to height, age, skin color and d size. With consequences for the rest of the game, so players have more freedom and more reasons to replay multiple times. The player should always start at least a bit fat/thin/unfit, broke and badly dressed. Sliminess and physical should be developed during the game by spending some money and time (hitting the gym and buying new clothes, as intuitive as it can be).
2) Next two points try to escalate gameplay and to take the most out of the sex mechanics: Instead of simply renting a bigger and better office every time, players should be able to add multiple ambients to choose from and use them to increment the business model. At the early game you start with a very small model agency and at the endgame you can be renting new rooms and spaces to start auditioning porn actresses or even producing your own Adult Videos, for example (many things can exist in between). This would be a big driving force to justify progression of the player's sex stats, as you need to have a good sexual performance to complete a list of specific objectives, like in the photoshoot. "Make her cum with your hands while in X pose", "Make her cum by penetration while in X pose." and so on. If you cum too quickly or not enough times, you're boned. If you are too fat/unhealthy and the actress doesn't like you, boned. If you can't keep the erection after climax, boned. I don't know if it's technically viable, but figuring as a porn actor with 2 or more girls at the same time would be very cool. I don't think dick size progression would make much sense in this game. Maybe if you choose a dick that is too small, it could have consequences as well.
3) Good games always force players into trade-off situations. I believe players would like to see some rarer encounters with virgin models that obviously require a lot of work to get into their pants and a lot of care/patience to not cause them pain. But nymphos/perverted girls or amateur porn actresses feel kinda souless at the moment. Some girls are pretty much willing to start fucking almost right away, with barely no risk. I think as much as they are open to sex, they should also be quite demanding and a test for your sexual skills. If your sex stats are not high enough or if you fail to satisfy them, they can go away.
4) I think adding some small reactions and interactions would change the game by a lot. Currently models don't say a thing when you get naked in front of them, it's only colored bars moving here and there. We could use more dialogue with personality clues when we first whip out our dick or take our shirt off. Nymphos could react if you show them an erection or something. Perverts could ask us to get naked as well when they have enough pleasure. Girls could assume poses by themselves depending on personality... I'm sure this would be very problematic to implement, but people complain a lot that there's no cowgirl position nor any position that the girl is active (obviously because the interaction system doesn't support it). I've noticed that in the oral sex of the new version, girls are much more active (well, at least they try because it's bugged), maybe some change in that sense can come to sex other sex in the future.
Well, those are my suggestions, but I guess each one of us have our own vision for this game.
