So, using the homework mod, everything seems to work, but when i run the game a second time ( so close it, start it up again) its vanilla again. IDK how, i guess something about the files changes on the first run but i can't figure it out, anyone an idea?

You know what sucks? There could easily be another game made in this exact format but nobody is doing it probably because it is not as easily monetized. At least, I hope that's the reason because otherwise I do not get it. WHY don't we have another dev making us something similar to this?
Making games is already quite the task. You can take 2 or 3 years just to deliver some almost useless prototype that ppl would maybe care about. Also, this kind of complex physics detection isn't something that most devs know how to do.
Check "Virtual Reality" tag, I bet you can find some similar games. Anthro Heat is one of them.

also try naked fighter, its not physics based like this game, but it has really similar character models/character generation/preferences

Yeah I've seen some of the VR games that do have these things. Unfortunately I do not have a VR headset and i'd much rather play these things the old fashion way using a desktop.
I get that it takes a lot of time to make but it doesn't make sense how there's a game with all those boxes ticked that's a furry game but no high quality human game
