So from my experience playing this game and from reading guides from these awesome people: Enjoyer424, Laudatio,

I wanted to make my own guide to better help players understand the mechanics and progress in the game in the newest version of the game. I have reached the point where I have a slutty good looking model that I can fuck and do anything with, without the use of the monkey cheat mod. If anyone has more information or they know something I mentioned is incorrect, please let me know.
Character Creation:
-I recommend choosing the lowest starting funds in the character creation menu. With the alleyway start, you get to spend 30 dollars on rent and you have a much lower chance to bankrupt yourself from hired models.
-You can choose the other stats to your own preference, take note that height also affects dick size, and some girls can't handle a large dick size.
Campaign Types:
There are three campaign tiers:
-Free for all - Generates really random models that don't really align with your campaign profile. Erotic models appearing is very rare at this campaign tier.
-Amateur - Generates models that look closer to your campaign profile but still pretty random. There is a better chance of some erotic models appearing at this stage.
-Professional - Generates the most closest looking models to your campaign profile, however, there are still models that don't match. Additionally, there will be more erotic modeling and explicit services models.
Important Note about Campaigns - It seems that when you start a new campaign, it will choose a personality and look that most models will be based on. For example, the campaign will be mostly models with a specific hair type or personality. I recommend you just save before you start a campaign and reload by going to the main menu and continuing if you really care about getting a bad roll on hair types or personality, as rating every model in the first phase and still getting ones you don't want on the next phases really sucks.
Making Money:
-Most of the money you will make is from sending girls to agencies that fit their personality and body type.
-Two of the most common strategies is to make a campaign profile of fat or chubby girls and send the fat/chubby girls to the plus size agency, or you can choose to send milky pear or athletic girls to fitness model agency.
-I recommend making a campaign profile of milky pear to gain money because you can send the girls who have an automatic score of 8 - 10 for the body section to fitness model agency, and every characteristic from the milky pear body type fits the agency's extra bonuses, giving you a LOT of money. The agency also has a higher standard pay than most other agencies and its much easier than racial agencies.
Rating System:
-The rating menu determines what characteristics models will appear with in the next campaign phases.
-Make sure you hover over each characteristic in the rating menu as it explains what it affects. Sadly right now, you can't specifically change something, it's an overall rating of multiple characteristics, like face is jaw, cheek, and eyebrow shape.
-The game automatically rates the models depending on how close they look compared to your campaign profile, however, sometimes it's very inaccurate or doesn't really care about how "good" it looks.
-Focus on manually rating the important features like face(jaw, eyebrows, cheek shape), hair(color, shine, and curliness), eyes(color, eye distance, and shape), mouth(lipstick color, amount of lipstick, shape), ass, and breasts.
-For the rest of the model's features, you can manually rate them but I just let automatic rating rate it for me. If the game automatically rates a feature of 7 and below, I rate that feature a 0 so that I won't ever see that exact feature in the next phase, which makes the next phase most likely a score of 8's and above.
-The "Fit for Modeling?" dropdown in the personality score section determines if you want or don't want the personality traits that the model has to appear in the next phase. "A lot" means you will see the personality traits she has in a lot of future models, and "no" means that the exact personality won't be carried on to future models in future phases. This is useful if you want only perverted models or submissive or whichever personality trait.
-A score of 0 means that for that specific body part or personality score, you will not see the exact same one in the next phase of models. However there can still be similar looking characteristics that are still different, so it's not perfect.
-A score of 10 means that you will see that specific body part or personality trait in the next phase of models and with the highest frequency.
-A score of in between 0 and 10 means that you might see some of what you rated depending on how high or how low the score is.
Color Bars/Feelings:
In order from left to right in color bars:
Favorability - Thick vertical green bar, this is the model's consent. The higher it is, the more willing she is in doing more actions, like undressing, posing, letting you touch her, sex, etc... It is affected by her salary and commission when you hired her, the hero's appearance, dialogue options you choose, raising her pleasure bar, making her orgasm, etc...
Minimum Favorability - Thin vertical green bar inside favorability bar. This basically works like favorability, except you can't increase it. This is the base favorability you start with a model depending on her model type like erotic modeling and the hero's appearance.
Pleasure - Pink vertical bar. This is how pleasured the model is. The higher her pleasure, the more resistant she is to pain increase. Filling up the pleasure bar makes her have an orgasm, increasing her favorability by a small or decent amount depending on her favorability gain. Each orgasm increases her sensitivity for horniness/arousal.
Horniness/Arousal - Thin vertical red bar inside pleasure bar. This measures how horny the model is. The more horny she is, the more actions she will let you do, the less anger she will gain, and the more max pleasure she has for a body part. This works along favorability, potentially reaching enough horniness and favorability to have sex. You can increase her horniness by having her orgasm and touching her sensitive spots that make her run out of breath. The more out of breath she is, the more sensitive the horniness gain temporarily is.
Fear - Brown vertical bar. This shows how uncomfortable she is. Fear is an indicator to stop touching her or looking at her at a specific spot. The more you increase it, the worst her feelings for you will get. This also gets increased with anger.
Anger - Red vertical bar. Anger is caused by touching or looking at a body part the model doesn't want you to do. Filling the anger bar will cause her to potentially leave. Do not raise this whatsoever, as the more you increase it like fear, the worse her stats and yours will become.
Distress and Pain- Thin and thick vertical purple bar. This is an indicator that the model is feeling pain. Once the distress bar fills up, her pain bar will fill up. Once the pain bar is filled up, she will potentially leave as if she was angry.
Boredom - Gray vertical bar. Once you touch a sensitive spot that the model likes and then you touch a spot she doesn't feel sensitive or gain pleasure from that much, she will start to get bored. Filling the boredom bar is the same as filling up the anger, fear, and pain bar.
TLDR just raise favorability and arousal using pleasure, dialogue, and contract money for more sexual actions.
Personality Scores:

-Anger Management: How much anger she gains from your interactions, how much she gains in contrast to her being horny, and how much favorability she gains from your good responses and your appearance. A score of 10 means she gets angry a lot slower and she gains a lot of favorability from your appearance and correct dialogue options.
-Pain Tolerance: How much pain she gains from your interactions (caressing, poking, pulling, slapping, fucking). It also affects how much pain she gains in contrast to how much pleasure and horniness she has. Generally, the more pleasure and horniness a model has, the less pain she will feel, however, some models still feel a lot of pain, therefore their pain tolerance is not good.
-Horniness: This is the MOST IMPORTANT stat in my opinion. It affects pleasure gain, favorability gain, the max pleasure limit for each body part, the max pleasure limit for each body part compared to how horny the model is, the favorability requirement for looking at the hero's naked body, the favorability requirement for touching the model's body parts, the favorability requirement for forcing the model to undress and pose, the favorability requirement for being more horny, and most importantly, the favorability requirement for having sex with the model either with oral, vaginal, or anal sex.
-Exhibitionism: How willing she is to being looked at, undress and pose from you asking based on her favorability. A score of 10 means that she will require much less favorability to undress and pose from you asking than if the score was a 0.
-Servicing: The initial desire for having oral, vaginal, anal sex. It also affects how much desire she gains from your actions like caressing, poking, dry humping, or fucking. The more desire she has for a body part, the more willing she is having sex in that area, which affects auto thrusting and having sex in the Spa job.
Personality Traits:
-There are multiple personalities. They each affect what type of responses of dialogue the model likes, the way she speaks, her unique actions, and how willing she is to expose herself or not.
-Exhibitionists are more likely to show their naked body.
-Perverts have a special dialogue to take off their clothes. They like to do erotic activities.
-Shy models will turn away from you when you look at them and are meek.
-Submissive models can be forced to take off their clothing even if they don't want to at the cost of anger.
Your Main Model:
-Your main model should be hired from either amateur or professional campaign. Personally, I recommend you just make enough money sending girls to agencies to hire from the professional campaign.
-Your main model should be: visually appealing to you, fits your campaign profile, has an interest in erotic modeling (you don't need explicit services unless you want her to have vaginal or anal sex at the spa or have servicing sex at the photoshoot), has a personality that you like, has a score of 7 and above for every personality score like exhibitionism, horniness, anger management, pain tolerance, and servicing, and most importantly, she has a very sensitive spot that can make her reach orgasm quickly.
-I recommend that you pull her body parts by selecting poses > custom > guide her > press close at the right side > then grab any body part with your hand and pull it. If she has a body part you can pull that has a high pleasure max limit, she is a great model to train, as the faster you can make a model orgasm, the sooner you can have sex with her.
Training the Model and Yourself:
-Once you hire your model, you can either train her at the modeling job to unlock features like changing her makeup, doing different facial expressions, changing clothes from a preset (you can always change clothes with custom clothing saved in your phone), or you can train her at the spa and modeling to unlock servicing (only handjob).
-I recommend you only train her at in house talent sessions. Training her this way will increase her stats and yours too. This is important because your character's stats can multiply with hers and it can affect future models.
-I don't recommend paying models for sex, as this negatively affects your character's stats and hers. This will basically ruin your character and her, making her more susceptible to getting angry at you.
-Your goal in house talent sessions is to raise her sensitivity of her sensitive spots by the action that makes her orgasm the fastest. If the model is very sensitive from her clitoris, and she orgasms from caressing her clit, then keep on caressing her to make her orgasm. Once you feel like you have made her orgasm enough (maybe like 2 or 3 orgasms depending on how long it took), you can end the session.
-Make sure to end sessions at a moderate speed, as there is a cap on how much stats you can gain in one session(body part pleasure gain), so don't spend too much time on one session.
-Once a session is over, if you made the model orgasm and raised her favorability, she will lose rage gain, disappointment gain, fear gain, and favorability requirement for whatever action you did to her. She will have an increase in pleasure gain and desire on whichever body part you caressed, whether it be asshole, vagina, or mouth.
-DO NOT do any action that raises her anger and fear bar. If you do, this will negatively affect your aura pleasure gain, and raise her negative stats towards you.
Having Sex with Model:
-To have sex with a model, she CAN'T have a SHIELD icon on her favorability bar. If she does, she will always get angry at you trying to fuck her in any of her holes.
-To have sex with a model, she needs to be fatigued. The higher her fatigue level, the more willing she is to do what you want once she reaches high favorability. She can be fatigued by doing in house talent sessions or job deployments.
-Be aware that the more a model is fatigued, the harder it is for her to gain arousal, favorability, pleasure, and the easier it is for her to gain pain, anger, and fear.
-You have to raise her favorability while she is fatigued so that it is high enough that she accepts sex. You can do this by taking pictures of her in custom posing, taking off clothes and taking pictures, dialogue options, caressing her body parts, and most importantly, making her orgasm.
-Some models might need to be fully aroused with a full favorability bar to have sex, it all depends on how difficult the sex requirement is for the model, which is reduced by how fatigued they are.
-The way I make a model want to have sex is to make her orgasm a lot so her favorability keeps increasing. This is why you need to train her first in order to raise her sensitivity and comfort with you. If you don't train a model first, she will easily get angry at you trying to touch her, or she won't reach enough pleasure to orgasm while fatigued.
