If you make it too big, girls with low sexual experience will feel more pain. You'll need to finger them a bit before trying penetration, and, depending on the length, you won't be able to go too deep with most girls (vaginal depth varies from girl to girl).

I did some digging and found a way to reverse engineer a profile to look like an imported model.
1. Start a new campaign
2. start interview
3. load model asset from monkey.
4. Rate high, get rid of the model
5. Did it a 2 times and then went to the next phase and the set looks the imported model
Hey, hello, creator of the game, if you're reading, how do you like the idea so that we can not only send models to the SPA, but also act as a massage therapist for random / our models, as an additional opportunity to recruit models, and, of course, much more anyway, scenes. It's a great game, and I'm really looking forward to the next updates.
really liked the SPA, but it seems empty. There are also 2 more rooms, a reception area and a swimming pool. I hope that someday they will be occupied too.

Maybe I'm retarded but can like a veteran tell me whether the current version is as much fun as the one before the prolonged break, v.10.x or whatever it was back then?
As much as people complained, even without the monkey mod, it was a fun game and I didn't mind the grind of going through whole batches of horrible abominations in order to gene-therapy the perfect looking models. Like it genuinely felt like a (admittedly janky) game, which just happened to have lewd options added to it.
Is the current version comparable or an actual step backwards? Most of the comments and reviews don't really give me an answer to this and seem contradicting at times.

I had version 0.10.4e and it worked perfectly. I installed this new version and it messed up my cheats and everything... what a mess! Can someone explain to me in a very easy-to-understand way how to use the new version of the game? I don't know how to install Monkey Island, which folder to put it in, how to run it, or anything.
I understand it's explained here and I've tried, but I can't get it to work, the same goes for the environments, the clothes, or the models' automatic gestures. Please help!

Shaking can be caused by the autosex mechanic, when girls thrust by themselves. The author said it's still in early stages, so I guess it will get better in the future.

If you're there just for the simulation, you can say it's worse. But if you're looking for a game, the new version is much better.

To use Monkey you need to download it and extract the files inside the same folder where you open the game. It automatically activates when you play it.

thanks mate, ur a legend for answering us all. and does anyone know what you need to do, to fill up the pink bars in the spa? im really confused about it. i have managed to get Reverse Cowgirl and a happy ending but it took lots of tries.
Pink bars represent "Desire". Many things you do with them can increase it, like touching, poking, even chat options when talking. But depends on the girl. For example, one girl can gain a lot of desire from orgasm while others can gain little or even lose desire.
With time, you'll understand those mechanics and how deep the simulation really is.
It is not part of the game, and it would be great if it did.
Also like fisting is missing from game...

Most of the models can't handle even finger on skin, not talking about fist in theirs..
