How can I get other races in this game? I only seem to get white people. There's nothing wrong with that, but I'm getting bored and would like to see more variety. I’ve heard there are other races like Asians, cartoons, Caucasians, and Africans. I'm using the Homework v3 mod is there a setting I need to turn on?

And before anyone asks, when I rate them, I do set the skin tone to 0 or 1, but I still only get Caucasians.

I'm not sure how to do it if you manually rate her, but if you set up an auto-rating profile, you can choose what race they are. You can also set a multitude of factors, such as her body type, height, personality, skin type, etc. After selecting your desired features in Simple mode, you can click the drop-down that says Simple Mode and change it to Complete mode. There you can further modify the model's characteristics how you like. The game got way better after I found the complete mode since the body types in the Simple Mode were pretty limiting.

The height is locked to allow the BE poses system to work properly.
You can unlock it, but the poses may not work well, because the game uses height to calculate the relative position. I give all the indications in the Homework readme for the unlock, but I advise not to.

Instead, you can change the MC's height according to your preferences.

How is SME (and Homework) compared to the likes of VR Hot, Come Closer, Heat, and Secret Photo Session? (I didn't mention VAM due to the high creation learning and your experience varies based on creator's content and experience)

Thinking about trying in VR, but not sure I want to go through the install and set up if it's just "okay". Would I pay $3 on Patreon for an abandoned game? Maybe How much interaction are we talking about?

From my perspective, SMA is by far the best 3d sex simulator available today, and I'm including VR. Even if this game has some limitations, I see nothing that comes close, nothing to this day. By designing Homework, I did try to fill some of these gaps. And I think I did an ok job with what I had. For me, this game will be abandoned when something better comes.

The base game has limited interaction, but all the base mechanics. In homework, you have a full 2-floor house to interact with. It is based on memories of mine when I was fucking girls everywhere. It is an ode to a time when people could smoke inside.

I found SMA very good, but, for me, the GOAT of 3D is xStoryplayer. It is perfect, imo.
There is Captain Hardcore too, and that game about that robot. Recently, The Sassy Girl and the Invisible Ghost released and it's a pretty good game.

So SMA would be top 3 or 4 on my list of this genre.

You know also that finished game is also abandoned, because there is no more content to add to it. You already have put all you can into game, and than you abandon game from further developing (because there is nothing more to add).
Somehow, this game instead of getting marked as completed, is marked as abandoned...

Here is the activity of the Dev for this year, just on the API for modders.
"Abandoned" is really a misnomer and arms more the community than the Dev.

For the ones scared about milking, "completed" is a better tag, until the Dev come back to reason.
