Good question, and that part is what i like most in this game.
First of all, every girl is different. Meaning that some girl will instantly get full green bar (consent) when asked to pose differently, and she gladly accept.
And those with full green bar will most likely do what ever you ask from them (sooner or later)
However, girls with half or lower green bar will barely do anything you ask them to do.
So, you start conversation with some greeting, not with just another whore....
You offer her money for interview (some may refuse), and those should fill a bit green bar.
After that, you can stand still and watch her, some girls may get green bar a bit just by watching.
Than, you take your cammera by pressing 4 and you take 1 picture - it should raise green bar a bit if she is not offended.
Than, you ask her for her preference, and she will most likely say that you already photographed her....
Than, with number 1 you reach with your hand and slightly touch one of her breasts.
If she does not get mad, than you can try undressing her top, exposing her breasts and nipples.
If she does not complain too much (anger and fear bar raising a lot), than you take 2-3 pictures of her breasts

I don't know, of course; there are probably players who enjoy challenges like beating Dark Souls unarmed and the like. But here... people come to relax, not bang their heads against the wall, seeing that they've already failed with the 20th girl. And then they either look for an older version of the game or give up on it. Does this contribute to an increase in players (those willing to pay for it)? I don't know, I just stopped playing it.
