Very weird indeed. I am mostly using default settings in nvidia control panel. The only things I changed are DSR settings which enables me to play games up to 4k resolution. Default setting for power management is "optimal power" which probably acts as a power saving mode. I changed it to "prefer maximum performance" but this didn't make any difference either.Weird, you should have at least 60 rocksolid fps with that setup. I have comparable hardware (5%) and never drops under 60fps in 1920x1080.
Did you check if the Nvidia app is set to 'cool/silent/whatever to limit horsepower' mode?
Unfortunately it isn't about resolution either. I was initially playing the game at 1600x900 when I first said there is a problem with performance but since that post I've tried every in game setting + some nvidia control panel settings too. Nothing I tried so far solves the problem. If I am alone in the office I get around 144 fps but as soon as I start an interview and a model appears on screen fps suddenly drops to between 30 to 44. Here are some of the examples of what I've tried again now:What resolution do you use? If you run in 4k I can understand why you have low fps.
Is some random russian guy bitcoin farming on your PC?
Did you try quitting your porn download..?
The last two where jokes, but you should get at least 60fps with what you have.
