Well tried the 1.7 patch from his website and the game won't load with it in the game directory.

I couldn't download the latest patch with firefox from his site. Then I switched to Opera and it worked.
The patch works like a charm, although old saves sometimes don't work.

No I mean which download source did you use? I used the compressed and got the crash.

dbp5ca It was the big/normal one.
It's possible that the patch do not work with old save, but I haven't try that as my save was very old and I didn't remember so much of the game, so I started a new game.

thx for your fixed version of the patch, I appreciate it very much!

The renpy downgrade was not intentional but a mistake . Have done too many compressions yesterday and must have mixed up the renpy versions . Sorry for the iconveniences. I remade my compressed version with the correct renpy version.
