Would like to say i am shocked that the update is not coming out this year but no other devs take notes on what not to do this one has gone from a great one to trash all for steam well done.

Don't wanna be a "white knight" too much, but maybe don't make assumptions if you don't know what the deal is. Besides having patreon paused for half a year because of the delay, Stew will give out part 2 to people subbed in December, no matter if they resub in January. Always fun to see people who are not subbed trashing devs around...smh
Edit: He only unpaused Patreon in December because he thought he'd be able to release this month. Since he promised to keep the pause until the month of the release, not being able to release led to the awkward decision for part 1/2 thing.

Huh? How am i not informed if i replied to a devlog from the dev? Its unpaused in december and januar, there is no mention in his devlog of people who sub in december getting the part 2 in january "on top" as you claim without subbing again in his post. You can just opt to NOT sub in december (if you were smart to not trust a avn devs deadlines) but to wait for january to get both parts if you havent subbed already.
And i subbed to this dev in the past in update-months (i only ever sub in update months in general) so i dunno ... "maybe dont make assumptions if you dont know what the deal is."?
And i have not even "trashed" the dev, i even stated that i believe that it wasnt his intention but i still think it sucks and is kinda scammy.

It was talked about as a possibility on Patreon and discord so yeah, you're assuming without full knowledge. And since you didn't say "kinda scammy" but "scummy as hell", it counts as trashing. Calling someone scummy is an insult if you have a basic English understanding, which I believe you have, considering your pretty decent writing/grammar.
Edit: Doing another edit since I don't want to post again to make more clutter. Since you got a bit defensive there, I'm not trying to argue with you or demean you in some way, if you got it like that, sorry. I just pointed out that maybe, just maybe, don't assume the worst if you are not in the know(You would known this if you were currently subbed).
Imma stop this line of argument here from my part, I've said what I wanted and more than this is just spamming the thread and making people read too much to see the important posts, like the updates and shiet.

I agree that my wording was too harsh but otherwise my point still stands. And im basing my decisions on subs on devlogs not on information on discord or patreon i have to search up.
You backpadeled too as its now apparently just a possibility and not a fact ... so my assumptions (which was based on the devlog concering the release!) dont seem that wrong?
Anyway, i showed some understanding but i still think the outcome sucks (for customers like me at least).
Its not like its a big deal and like i couldnt just pirate part 2 (or both). Im just voicing my dissatisfaction with the process here. Its not like the dev has to read it or to care about my opinion.
Decisions/outcomes like these make it at least more likely that im just gonna pirate like most of us here (not like hes missing out on much on me as i always just sub in update months but there are maybe/probably more people like me).
Anyway, its kinda whatever, the update(s) will come at some point

Not sure if this was brought up before, but I downloaded the steam version to get ready for the new one and unless I'm missing something Serena was never a potential LI. Now she has four variables. Is she going to be a LI now or what? Have they always been there?

I believe we could always become FWB with her (at least ever since the original release on Steam we had some lewd scenes with her), but I can remember her never wanting to become MC's girlfriend.
I can vaguely remember a scene where she shows interests in girls, but I'm not that sure considering I've only played through the game twice and the lasttime was quite a while ago (May this year).
Man a throuple with Serena and a certain stacked redhead would be sweet. Once this game is complete I see myself having like 5 different playthrough saves just to get with the different girls, they are all great in different ways. Honestly this is one of the hardest things about this game, some games a LI is easy to turn down for me but I like all of them in this.
