thats weird.. the game just advanced my save by a lot , it just went ahead and set me to a state where EVERYTHING is completed , i am playing the new reles to read through the dialogue for god sake , why do you do this....

I was wondering if the game is really bugged, because after a while, batgirl and Miss Martian will lose the Cell Strip Scene option

without this option, you can not release the last clothes

Same as you found jinx or if you didn't find her yet she has to appear at the location where you hire vilains keep checking daily she'll pop up as well also put her in your room just like jinx and keep hiring her to unlock all the scenes

looks like the Talia bug is still in the game i have got 10 days in game , checking the office every day , Talia still doesnt show up

it takes a while, but it is fixed now
