Guys, even if it's some hours late (which will be probably the case), is it that hard to wait a little ? Do you feel like you need to know in what timezone he is speaking do be sure that it's him who is late ? For a game you hate you sure put a lot of efforts into.
And, tbh, if it's late it will be some days late, not only hours, so it will come when it will come.

It's going to be late, we all know this, and I wasn't complaining. For the record, it was SR7 who made the claim it would be coming this weekend (It's Monday already for me), so when it's late don't make a habit of complaining at the rest of us for complaining.

no it wouldnt. let alone the amount of effort for so little payoff. it would basically ruin the game. they have a cast of dozens of characters, they would have to either use a single voice for them all, or hire multiple people to do it.

All for something the vast majority of players would just turn off anyway.

as for "adding flavor" that only works if the va is well done, meaning expensive and time consuming to do.

you cant just pick a hooker on the streets and hope it works. voce work is not something that can be done fast.

and porn voice acting is fucking terrible too. everyone in subverse's cast voices like ass. so much over the top moaning. it's so fake and offputting.

For me the updates also always drop at like 3 to 4am. Just time zone shenanigans

Updates drop between 2 to 3 months. Been true for years. But that's not my point. Delays are something you can object to and god knows he's had a lot but to say he's 'among the worst on F95' is just insanity.




The fuck does the number of supporters have to do with anything? He's a one man show and has said for years he doesn't like a team environment.
You think if a dev sub count goes up they should start working and extra hour a day?

Anyway they did hire Lock as a programmer. It didn't work out. Sun does the art, the writing, and the coding. He's said many many many many times in discord and on stream he thinks hiring more people is just going to slow everything down. Right or wrong it's just him.
