Unzip the file and put "game file" in the game folder directory.

I'm having an issuse opening up all files in the gallery on page 2? .... anybody else having this problem?

It's because you're using the mod.

Without the mod, you would not see those images as of v0.7

I'm editing my post to clarify that it's a generic GU, so there may be bugs.
